    What documents do you provide once my Company is registered?

    Once your company has been incorporated, we will email your company documents to you along with your Tax Invoice. 

    If your order includes a printed Company Register, these will be sent to you by post along with a Veromo Welcome Pack.

    How easy is it to set up my business with Veromo?

    Step 1: Use our NameFinder

    This is a comprehensive search report that we generate on your preferred business name. It details the availability of that business name, matching domain name and the associiated social Media profile name – all with one swoop. 

    Step 2:  Sign Up to create your Veromo account

    Step 3:  Complete our OnceForm

    Veromo’s unique OnceForm is designed so that we only need to collect your information one time, giving you time to focus on what’s really important – your business! It should only take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

    Here’s the key info we’ll be asking you for:

    • Entity type: choose between sole trader, partnership or company
    • Your business: name and address
    • Your details: TFN, date and place of birth, and contact details
    • Tax details: estimated business turnover and GST (if applicable)
    • ABN status: make sure you’re not already trading under an existing ABN as a sole trader

    How long does the registration process take?

    It will generally take 1 hour until all of your registrations are complete and you can start running your business. Here is a brief indicator of the time taken to complete these registrations.

    • Company – 1 hour (unless we encounter technical issues with ASIC)
    • ABN – 15 minutes
    • Business Name – 15 minutes (unless it’s flagged for review by ASIC)
    • Domain Name – 15 minutes

    How long does it take to set up as a Sole Trader with Veromo? 

    It will generally take 15 minutes for you to complete the OnceForm for a Sole Trader with Veromo. After submission and payment we will lodge your registrations with the requisite government agencies.

    The formation of your Sole Trader business will take about 1-2 hours once you have submitted your OnceForm.

    Once we’ve registered your ABN, we will then lodge your business name with ASIC. However, it should be noted that ASIC Business Name registrations are reviewed by ASIC Monday to Friday within business hours. Any lodgements over the weekend or outside of these hours will be processed during business hours.

    You will receive an email confirmation from us once your Sole Trader business has successfully registered.

    How long does it take to set up a Partnership with Veromo?

    It will generally take 15 minutes for you to complete the OnceForm for a Partnership with Veromo. After submission and payment we will lodge your registrations with the requisite government agencies.

    The formation of your Partnership will take about 1-2 hours once you have submitted your OnceForm.

    Once we’ve registered your ABN, we will then lodge your business name with ASIC. However, it should be noted that ASIC Business Name registrations are reviewed by ASIC Monday to Friday within business hours. Any lodgements over the weekend or outside of these hours will be processed during business hours.

    You will receive an email confirmation from us once your Partnership business has successfully registered.

    How long does the company formation process take?

    The formation of your company will take a few hours once you have submitted your OnceForm.

    We will then lodge your ACN with ASIC. However, it should be noted that ASIC registrations are handled Monday to Friday within business hours. 

    You will receive an email confirmation from us once your company has successfully incorporated with ASIC.

    How will I know when my business is ready?

    You will receive an email notifying you of your successful business registration, once the whole registration process is complete.

    When I can start trading?

    A business can trade without an ABN, but the businesses it deals with are required to withhold (and remit to the Tax Office) an amount equal to 46.5% of the amount of the payment if an ABN is not quoted.

    Dependent on your package you selected, we recommend you wait until we have sent you your confirmation that your business is set up.

    What happens if my Business Name is rejected?

    There are instances when this can happen. ASIC occasionally rejects due to unsuitable Company Names or errors in the information provided by you on your application.

    All issues are handled by customer support team and we will contact you immediately in the event of a rejection of your business name.
