What services does an ASIC Agent provide?

An ASIC agent acts as an intermediary and usually helps a company meet their lodgement obligations under the Corporations Act 2001.

How much does the ASIC Agent Service Cost?

Veromo's ASIC Agent Service is $264 inc GST. It is billed and renewed annually.

What services are included in ASIC Agent subscription?

If you have subscribed to Veromo's ASIC Agent Compliance Secretarial service, the following is included in your subscription: a) Lodgement of your Company's Annual Review b) Updates to ASIC of any changes to the ASIC Annual Statement c) Solvency statement resolution d) Maintenance of statutory corporate registers (up to 4 changes per year)*

What services are not included in the ASIC Agent subscription?

Anything outside the changes listed as inclusions will be charged for based on the complexity of the requirement. These are included but not limited to : a) company de-registrations, b) company name changes c) share conversions or share cancellations d) company register reconstructions

Is there a limit to the number of changes I can make or ASIC Agent services provided?

Veromo's ASIC Agent services allows for up to 4 lodgements per annum, inclusive of the mandatory Annual Review. If you require more changes to be made, email us on support@veromo.com.au and we will be happy to create a package that caters more to your needs

What happens if I want to cancel my ASIC Agent Subscription?

You subscription can be cancelled at any time, however no pro-rata funds will be reimbursed. If you want to cancel your subscription, please email us on support@veromo.com.au and we will be in touch to assist you manage the process.

How do I notify you have any changes?

Simply notify us via email at support@veromo.com.au with the changes that you are wanting to be made, including your company Name and ACN number. We will prepare the changes and and provide you with any documentation that needs signing before lodging with the ASIC on your behalf. Note, this service allows for 4 lodgements per annum, including the ASIC Review. You can however include multiple changes per lodgement.

New or Existing Company?

New Company not yet registered with ASIC:

  • When you order your new company with Veromo, simply opt-in for this service when completing the form by selecting the ASIC Agent check-box
  • We will automatically advise ASIC that you have elected Veromo to be your ASIC Agent
  • You will be billed for both your Company Incorporation and the ASIC Agent Service.

Company already registered with ASIC:

  • Complete the easy online application form
  • We'll review the application and send you an email with instructions on how to complete the process
  • If you are registered with ASIC online, you need to log in and complete the online Form 362 using the details provided in your email
  • If you are not registered with ASIC online, we'll send you a Form 362 via email to complete
