Types of Business Registrations

You can choose the option to register as a Sole Trader when filling out the OnceForm. The OnceForm will ask you all the questions we need to help you register your Sole Trader business.

You can choose the option to register as a Partnership when filling out the OnceForm. The OnceForm will ask you all the questions we need to help you register your Partnership business.

You can choose the option to register as a Company when filling out the OnceForm. The OnceForm will ask you all the questions we need to help you register your Company.

No need to worry, your ABN registration is automatically included in you registrations with us, regardless of the package.

The first step to registering a business with us is to search for a business name using our NameFinder. You’ll need to determine what business structure you wish to trade under and then complete our OnceForm. 

You must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) when you register for GST.

Your GST application is included in your package when you register any business with Veromo. You will receive your GST details from the ATO at your registered office address.

You can choose the option to register a TFN (not compulsory for Sole Traders) when filling out the OnceForm. We work with the ATO to ensure that is a smooth process.

The first step to registering a business with us is to search for a business name using our Name Finder. On the Name Finder results page, we will list out the available domains. Simply select the domains you want to add them to your registration cart.

A top-level domain (TLD) is the extension part of the domain name located to the right of the last dot (“.”).  The most common TLDs in use in Australia are .com, .au and .org.

As part of the NameFinder, we will display the common TLDs that are available with your selected domain name. You will also have the option to search for a wide range of ‘other’ domain TLDS.

Yes you may list either your home or business address as the registered office address. 

Please note that the registered office address is then on public record, so many people choose not to use either of those addresses for reasons of personal privacy. 

Yes. You you can register more domains by adding them into your cart on the Summary page in our OnceForm.
