Yes there are set-up fees to cover the costs of the business registration service we provide to you within your elected package. Most of the set up fees relate to government charges.

Yes, your business set up costs are fully tax deductible. You can fully deduct expenses for regulatory costs incurred in setting up your proposed business.

From 1 July 2015, the ATO has allowed all small businesses and entities to immediately deduct certain professional expenses incurred with starting up a new small business.

Expenses can only be immediately claimed if the entity that incurred the expenditure is a small business entity for that income year. 

Veromo Pty Limited is an automated Service and as such all applications processed through the Service commences immediately.  All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $45 (admin fee) being charged.

Company Registrations Refunds:

During Company applications a refund, if requested, may be permitted if:

• the Company application has been rejected by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC);
• the Company application is subject to manual review by ASIC and you have not provided any further information requested in a timely manner to enable the application to be completed;
• a disruption to the Service causing a delay in the registration and subsequently the requested Company Name is no longer available;
• due to any Service interruptions either by us or a third party we are unable to complete the application within 14 days from the time the order is made.

Business Name Registration Refunds:

During Business Name applications a refund, if requested, may be permitted if:

• the Business Name application has been rejected by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC);
• the Business Name application is subject to manual review by ASIC and you have not provided any further information requested in a timely manner to enable the application to be completed;
• a disruption to the Service causing a delay in the registration and subsequently the requested Business Name is no longer available;
• due to any Service interruptions either by us or a third party we are unable to complete the application within 14 days from the time the order is made.

Australian Business Number (ABN) Registration Refunds:

During ABN applications a refund, if requested, may be permitted if:

• the ABN application has been rejected by Australian Business Register for any reason;
• due to any Service interruptions either by us or a third party we are unable to complete the application within 14 days from the time the order is made.

Domain Name Registration Refunds:

During Domain Name applications a refund, if requested, may be permitted if:

• a disruption to the Service causing a delay in the registration and subsequently the requested Domain Name is no longer available;
• due to any Service interruptions either by us or a third party we are unable to complete the application within 14 days from the time the order is made.

If all registrations are complete a refund is not possible.

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

We do not host your email or website. You will need to purchase hosting from a third party. 

in order to connect the domain name/s you purchased with Veromo to your website and email, you must change the name servers for your domain with us directly. We do not offer hosting services
