    What if I forget my password?

    Simply go to the login page, click “I forgot my password” and enter your email address. You will be sent instructions via email on how to reset your password.

    How do I update my email address?

    Access your account settings by firstly logging into your account and then clicking the drop down menu on the top right corner of the Dashboard. On the Account Settings page you have the option to change your email address.

    How do I update my details in the account settings?

    After creating an account you can find your account settings by accessing the Adminimiser. Simply login to your account from the website and then click the drop down menu on the top right corner of the Dashboard and you’ll be able to access your account settings.

    Your login credentials

    Your login email address is the email you use to access the Veromo plaform and serves as the primary identifier through which you will receive communication from our team. 

    We will contact you using this email address provided to resolve any issues pertaining to your account settings, password resets, information about billing and payments, along with notifications about your registrations

    How do I cancel my account?

    To cancel your account, please email us at support@veromo.com.au along with your business name and we will assist you with the cancelation.
