Veromo will never request your password. It is your responsibility to keep your password to Veromo safe. You should notify us as soon as possible if you become aware of any misuse of your password and/or account. You must immediately change your password using the “Forgotten Password” process or within your account settings. Veromo stores all passwords in a non-recoverable format.

Through the use of our Service, Veromo may also collect information about someone else from you. All information we hold is held on servers owned and operated by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) located in Sydney, Australia. By providing your Personal Information to Veromo you consent to us storing Personal Information on AWS servers.

AWS servers have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authorities Entrust & GTE Cybertrust, and all Data transferred between you and our service is encrypted. AWS Server is not permitted to access or use your Personal Information except for the sole purpose of storing the said information.

9. Credit Card Details

10. Disclosure of Personal Information

Veromo will not disclose any Personal Information to a third party unless you have provided consent. However, you need to be aware that Veromo may be required to disclose Personal Information without any consent in order to comply with any court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process, if such disclosure is required by law. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you if we are required and allowed to by law.

We shall not disclose any Personal Information to any third parties located overseas without your express consent.
